I need to get in shape FIRST before I try CrossFit!
We get this a lot, and nothing could be further from the truth! You DO NOT need to lose weight, practice Olympic weightlifting or be proficient at rope climbing before starting our program! You DO need to have the courage to start something new, and keep an open mind as you gain exposure to new and challenging elements on a weekly basis. If you are ready for a change and a challenge, this is the place for you because this is what we consider FUN!
It starts with a free, introductory DEMO Workout which includes an orientation detailing our program and a chance to speak one-on-one with a coach to discuss your personal goals. This initial consultation is very important to us, as we want to get to know each client on a personal level before they start so we can make you feel comfortable with the program from day one! All new clients, regardless of fitness level or experience, enter the program at CFFM through the same portal ensuring a consistent delivery of our program objectives, and a more natural flow for YOU.
