CFFM WOD Friday 4.21.17.
Strength: Bench Press *Rest Pause @ 75%. Perform a set for max reps, rest 30 seconds, perform a second set of max reps, rest 30 seconds, perform a third and final set of max reps. Reference 4.14.17.
Conditioning: 10-min AMRAP of 40 Air Squats, 10 Burpees, 30 Sit Ups, 10 Burpees, 20 Push Ups.
Finisher: Bent over row, 10, 10, 10, 10. Add 5lbs from last session 4.14.17.
