1.) OTM x 8-min: Minutes 1, 2, 3 & 4 perform 3 x Hang Power Snatch. Minutes 5, 6, 7 & 8 perform 2 x Power Snatch, 1 x Overhead Squat. Use a challenging weight.
2.) Bench Press 3 x 10 @ 65% of 1-RM.
3.) Bent Over Row, 5 x 10.
